Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-21-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Any Person Who Scraps, Dismantles Or Destroys A Motor Vehicle Must First Contact The Department Of Revenue To Inquire Whether The Motor Vehicle Is Subject To A Secured Interest Or Lien; To Provide That If The Motor Vehicle Is Subject To A Secured Interest Or Lien, The Motor Vehicle Shall Not Be Scrapped, Dismantled Or Destroyed; And For Related Purposes.
