An Act To Direct The Mississippi Transportation Commission To Establish A Program Whereby Counties May Expend Costs To Assist Projects For The State Highway System For Which A Substantial Portion Or All Of The Right-of-way Costs Have Already Been Incurred By The State Of Mississippi; To Bring Forward Sections 19-11-27, 65-7-95 And 65-1-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
