An Act To Amend Section 73-59-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define Residence; To Amend Section 73-59-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Board To Require Liability Insurance And To Revise Fees; To Amend Section 73-59-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Time For Filing An Application For Licensure; To Amend Section 73-59-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Sending Inspectors To Inspect Buildings Which Are The Subject Of A Complaint Shall Be In The Discretion Of The Board; To Authorize The Board To Require Violators To Perform Community Service; To Amend Section 73-59-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Fee For A Person Who Undertakes Construction Or Improvement On His Own Residence; To Repeal Section 73-59-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Allows Licensees To Work On Certain Commercial Structures Without Additional Licensure; And For Related Purposes.
