Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The State And School Employees' Life And Health Insurance Plan Shall Provide That, Regardless Of The Type Of Coverage An Employee Has, An Employee Shall Only Be Required To Pay A Co-payment Of Thirty Five Dollars Or Less, Which Shall Not Be Subject To That Employee's Deductible, At An Initial Visit With Any Type Of In Network Doctor, Specialist Or Other Type Of Visit Other Than A Primary Care Doctor, A Telehealth Minor Care Medical Visit Or A Telehealth Dietician Services Visit; And For Related Purposes.
