An Act To Amend Section 47-1-57, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Board Of Supervisors Of Any County Shall Not Be Responsible For The Payment Of Cosmetic Medical Procedures For Inmates; To Reenact Sections 47-5-901 Through 47-5-909, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Pertains To State Offenders Serving Sentences In County Jails; To Amend Reenacted Section 47-5-901, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Reimbursement Of Funds To Counties From The Department Of Corrections For The Payment Of Cosmetic Medical Procedures For State Offenders; To Amend Section 47-5-911, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of Repeal On Those Reenacted Sections; And For Related Purposes.
