An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Forrest County To Extend The Candidate Qualifying Deadline For The Offices Of Constable, Justice Court Judge And Supervisor To June 1, 2011, If The 2010 Federal Decennial Census Has Not Been Received From The United States Secretary Of Commerce By The Governor Of The State Of Mississippi By January 1, 2011; To Provide A Date Of Repeal For Such Authority; And For Related Purposes.
