Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-101-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning In Its Exercise Of Power To Require No More Than 120 Semester Credit Hours, Or The Equivalent Number Of Quarter Or Trimester Hours For Those Institutions Employing Such A Credit System, In Order For An Individual To Be Eligible To Receive A Four-year Baccalaureate Degree From Any State Institution Of Higher Learning Under Its Authority; To Amend Section 37-101-241, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
