Summary

An Act To Create The Child Support Abuse Act; To Require A Promiscuous Pregnant Female To Reveal All Sexual Partners Who Could Possibly Be The Biological Father Of A Child As A Condition Of Awarding Child Support; To Require The Identity Of The Biological Father Within One Year Of The Birth Of A Child To Avoid Forfeiture Of A Child Support Claim; To Bring Forward Sections 43-19-31, 93-9-9 And 93-11-65, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
