An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Rankin County, Mississippi, To Enter Into Certain Road Improvement Contracts Regardless Of Whether The Contracts May Extend Beyond Thirty Days From The Termination And End Of The Term Of Office Of The Members Of The Board Of Supervisors Awarding The Contracts; And For Related Purposes.
