Summary

An Act To Amend Section 71-5-353, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise Certain Provisions Of Law Regarding Workforce Enhancement Training To Provide That The Commission On Proprietary School And College Registration Shall Be Responsible For Approving Training Of Schools And Colleges Under The Commission; To Bring Forward Sections 37-153-5 Through 37-153-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Regard Workforce Investment Boards And Development Centers, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
