Summary

An Act To Require Nursing Facilities To Maintain A Registry Of Registered Nurses Employed With The Facility And To Notify The State Board Of Health And Department Of Human Services When A Registered Nurse Leaves Employment With The Nursing Facility; To Require Nursing Facilities To Have At Least One Registered Nurse And Three Licensed Practical Nurses On The Full-time Staff Of The Facility; To Require Nursing Facilities To Post In A Prominent Location In The Nursing Facility A Copy Of The Annual Report And Evaluation Of The Nursing Facility By The State Department Of Health, And Provide A Copy Of The Report And Evaluation To The Family Of Each Resident Of The Nursing Facility; And For Related Purposes.
