Summary
An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13.2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Construction Manager At Risk Method Of Project Delivery To Provide That The Construction Manager For Projects For Institutions Of Higher Learning And Individual Community And Junior Colleges Shall Not Be Required To Solicit Bids For Construction On The Project Using The Public Purchasing Law; To Provide How Such Construction Manager Shall Obtain Proposals From Contractors And Vendors And Enter Into Contracts; To Bring Forward Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
