An Act To Provide For The Recognition And Registration Of Professional Employer Organizations Operating In The State Of Mississippi; To Provide Definitions For The Act; To Clarify What The Act Does Not Do; To Provide The Procedures For Registration With The Mississippi Insurance Department Under This Act; To Provide Registration Fees; To Provide For Certain Violations Under This Act And Penalties That May Be Imposed By The Commissioner Of Insurance For Such Violations; And For Related Purposes.
