Summary

An Act To Direct The State Department Of Mental Health To Establish A Crisis Intervention Center In Hinds County; To Direct The Legislature To Appropriate Sufficient Funds To The Department Annually For The Department To Be Able To Contract With Suitable Entities To Provide Proper Staffing And Services For All Of The Beds In Each Of The Crisis Intervention Centers; And For Related Purposes.
