An Act To Amend Section 43-19-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Child Support Guidelines To Change To An Income Shared Model Of Both Parents; To Change How The Child Support Schedule From Percentage To Amounts; To Bring Forward Sections 43-19-39, 43-19-103 And 43-19-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide Additional Considerations That The Court May Use In Calculating Child Support Payments; And For Related Purposes.
