Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-19-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Surviving Spouse Of A Deceased Veteran Who Was Rated As Having One Hundred Percent Permanent Service-connected Disability Shall Be Entitled To Be Issued A Disabled Veteran License Plate Or Tag For As Long As The Spouse Remains Unmarried, Regardless Of Whether The Deceased Veteran Applied For Or Was Issued Such A License Plate Or Tag; To Bring Forward Section 27-51-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides Various Motor Vehicle Ad Valorem Tax Exemptions, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
