Summary
An Act To Amend Chapter 920, Local And Private Laws Of 2007, As Amended By Chapter 918, Local And Private Laws Of 2008, To Revise The Amount Of The Tax That May Be Levied Upon The Gross Sales Of Hotels And Motels Derived From Room Rentals And Upon The Gross Proceeds Of Sales Of Certain Restaurants; To Extend The Date Of Repeal On This Act From July 1, 2018, To July 1, 2021; And For Related Purposes.
