An Act To Amend Chapter 915, Local And Private Laws Of 2005, As Amended By Chapter 930, Local And Private Laws Of 2008, To Extend The Repealer Date On The Provision That Authorizes The Boards Of Supervisors Of Prentiss, Alcorn, Benton, Marshall, Tippah And Tishomingo Counties To Contribute To Northeast Mississippi Community Services, Inc., In An Amount Determined By Each Individual Board Not To Exceed $150,000.00 To Be Used As Matching Funds From The State Or Federal Government; And For Related Purposes.
