Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-65-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Compensation For Services Related To Hydraulic Fracturing Is Included In The Total Contract Price Or Compensation Received For Purposes Of The Tax On Upon Persons Engaging Or Continuing In The Business Of Contracting Or Performing A Contract Of Redrilling, Or Working Over, Or Of Drilling An Oil Well Or A Gas Well; And For Related Purposes.
