Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-21-321, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Juvenile Detention Centers From Utilizing Solitary Confinement For Youth Housed In The Centers; To Provide That The Extended Detention Education Program, That Is Provided To Youth In Such Centers, Shall Be Held For A Minimum Of Six Hours Per Day, Excluding Legal Holidays And Weekends; And For Related Purposes.
