An Act To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Oxford, Mississippi, To Expend Funds, Establish, Maintain, Repair And Operate A Farmers' Market; To Provide That The Governing Authorities May Allow The Operation Of The Farmers' Market On City-owned Property Or Property Procured For Such Purpose; To Authorize The City Of Oxford's Park Commission To Contribute Funds Or Employ Personnel To Manage Or Operate The Farmers' Market; And For Related Purposes.
