An Act To Amend Section 27-65-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Sales Of Personal Property And Services To A Limited Liability Company Or Other Entity That Is Wholly Owned By A Railroad Authority Created Under The Railroad Authorities Law And Used By The Limited Liability Company Or Other Entity Solely In The Operation Of Or As Part Of Railroad Properties And Facilities In This State Shall Be Exempt To The Same Extent As Such Sales Are Exempt When Made To Such A Railroad Authority; And For Related Purposes.

Sales Tax; revise certain exemption provisions regarding railroad authorities.
