Summary
An Act To Amend Chapter 465, Laws Of 1999, To Increase From $6,000,000.00 To $12,000,000.00 The Amount Of General Obligation Bonds That May Be Issued To Provide Funds To The Mississippi Development Authority For The Purpose Of Making Loans Or Grants Available To The Appropriate Planning And Development District To Make Low Interest Loans Available To Persons Or Entities Who Develop Certain Property In The Farish Street Historic District; To Clarify The Purposes For Which The Proceeds Of Such Loans May Be Used; To Remove The Provision That Limits The Maximum Amount Of A Loan That May Be Made To Any One Person Or Entity; And For Related Purposes.
