Summary

An Act To Create The "mississippi Public Swimming Pool Act Of 2010"; To Define Certain Terms; To Direct The Department Of Health To Adopt Rules Under This Act; To Provide That The Rules Shall Become Effective On July 1, 2011, And The Department Shall Enforce This Act And The Rules From And After July 1, 2011; To Provide That A Permit From The Department Shall Be Required To Operate A Public Swimming Pool; To Authorize The Department To Charge Fees For Those Permits; To Provide For Certain Exemptions From This Act; To Authorize The Department To Impose Administrative Fines For Violations Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
