An Act To Amend Chapter 957, Local And Private Laws Of 2018, To Extend The Date Of Repeal To July 1, 2027, On The Provision Of Law That Authorizes The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Clinton, Mississippi, To Impose An Additional Tourism Tax Of One Percent On The Gross Proceeds Derived From Hotel And Motel Room Rentals Within The City For The Purpose Of Providing Funds To Promote Tourism, Parks And Recreation; And For Related Purposes.
