An Act To Amend Section 27-7-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize An Adjustment To Gross Income Under The State Income Tax Law For Amounts Paid By A Taxpayer For Tuition, Fees And Other Required Costs To A Public Or Private University, College Or Community Or Junior College For The Taxpayer And/or A Dependent Of The Taxpayer Enrolled At Such University, College Or Community Or Junior College; And For Related Purposes.
