An Act To Amend Section 27-19-56, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Persons Who Have Vision 20/200 Or Less In At Least One Eye With Proper Correction Within The Description Of Persons With Disabilities Which Limit Or Impair The Ability To Walk For Purposes Of Being Eligible For The Issuance Of Special Motor Vehicle License Plates Or Tags, Decals And Windshield Placards For The Disabled; And For Related Purposes.
