Summary
An Act To Amend Section 55-15-81, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Statues, Monuments, Or Memorials Located On Public Property Shall Not Be Relocated, Removed, Disturbed, Altered, Renamed Or Rededicated Unless Specifically Authorized By An Act Of The Legislature; To Remove The Exception That Allows The Relocation Of Monuments For Preservation, Protection, Or Repair; And For Related Purposes.
