Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 67-1-5 And 67-1-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Issuance Of A Cultural And Educational Center Permit, In Order To Allow The Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages On The Premises Of The Center, Only During The Time When Activities, Classes Or Events Are Being Conducted At The Center; To Create A Limited Exception For A Cultural And Educational Center To The Distance Restriction Imposed On The Sale Or Storage Of Alcoholic Beverages Within A Prescribed Distance Of Certain Entities; To Amend Section 27-71-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Set The Fee To Be Charged For A Cultural And Educational Center Permit; And For Related Purposes.
