An Act To Enact A Minimum Wage Law For The State Of Mississippi, With Annual Incremental Increases Over A Three-year Period; To Define Employers And Employees Subject To The Minimum Wage Law; To Empower The Mississippi Department Of Employment Security, Office Of The Governor, To Enforce And Administer The Provisions Of The Minimum Wage Law; To Provide Criminal Penalties And A Civil Cause Of Action Against Employers For Violations Of The Minimum Wage Law; And For Related Purposes.
