An Act To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Children Under Eighteen Years Old For Whom The Department Of Human Services Has Custody And Financial Responsibility Who Are In Foster Care Shall Be Eligible For Medicaid, As Well As Those Children Eighteen Years Or Older; And For Related Purposes.
