Summary
An Act To Amend Section 35-3-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That In Lieu Of Requiring County Veteran Service Officers To Attend Training Programs Developed By The State Veterans Affairs Board, The Board May Authorize The Officers To Attend Training Programs Conducted By National Service Organizations Officially Recognized By The United States Department Of Veterans Affairs For The Purpose Of Preparation, Presentation And Prosecution Of Claims Under Laws Administered By The United States Department Of Veterans Affairs; And For Related Purposes.
