Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-20-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Child Care Facilities To Call The Contact Person For A Child On The List Maintained By The Facility If The Contact Person Has Not Notified The Facility That The Child Will Be Absent Or Arriving Late At The Facility, And The Child Has Not Arrived At The Facility Within Thirty Minutes After The Usual Time For Arrival; And For Related Purposes.
