Summary
An Act To Amend Section 47-7-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The State Parole Board Shall Be Assigned Two Attorneys Who Shall Process Petitions To Expunge Offenses; To Bring Forward Section 99-19-72, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Pertains To The Filing Fee That Is Paid To Expunge Offenses, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
