Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-3-519, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Sheriff Of Rankin County, Mississippi, And His Deputies To Use Radar Speed Detection Equipment Upon The Public Streets, Roads And Highways Of The County Lying Outside Of The Limits Of Any Incorporated Areas Within The County; To Provide That Such Authority Shall Be Subject To Approval By The Qualified Electors Of The County Upon A Referendum Held On The Question Of The Utilization Of Such Equipment; And For Related Purposes.
