An Act To Amend Section 27-41-55, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Before A Tax Collector Makes An Advertisement Regarding Land For Which Ad Valorem Taxes Have Not Been Paid, The Tax Collector Must Provide Notice To The Owner Of Such Land; And For Related Purposes.
