An Act To Amend Section 73-21-155, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Network Pharmacy Or Pharmacist That Has A Contract With A Pharmacy Benefits Manager To Provide Covered Drugs At A Negotiated Reimbursement Rate May Decline To Provide Certain Drugs Or Services If The Network Pays Less Than The Pharmacy's Or Pharmacist's Acquisition Cost For The Product; To Amend Sections 73-21-157 And 73-21-159, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are Part Of The Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act, To Delete The Repealers On Those Sections; And For Related Purposes.

Network pharmacy; may decline to provide certain drugs if networks pays less than acquisition cost.
