Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-151-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Computation Of The Required Local Revenue In Support Of The Adequate Education Program By Requiring The State Department Of Education To Certify To Each School District That Twenty-nine Mills Shall Be The Millage Rate To Provide The District Required Local Effort For That Year, Or An Amount Not To Exceed Thirty Percent Of The Basic Adequate Education Program Cost For Such School District, Whichever Is Less; And For Related Purposes.
