Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-15-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Records And Information Prepared By Multidisciplinary Teams And Child Advocacy Centers Shall Be Governed By Laws, Rules And Regulations Relating To The Confidentiality And Possible Disclosure Of Records As Provided Under The Youth Court Act And The Uniform Rules Of Youth Court Practice; To Amend Section 43-21-259, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Under The Youth Court Act Records, Information And Forensic Interviews Developed Or Prepared By Multidisciplinary Teams And Child Advocacy Centers Shall Be Kept Confidential Under Certain Circumstances; And For Related Purposes.
