An Act To Amend Sections 11-46-1 And 11-46-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That The State Of Mississippi And The Mississippi Department Of Corrections Is Immune From Liability When Parole And Correction Officers Employed By The Mississippi Department Of Corrections Leave Their Employment To Work A Second Job In The Field Of Law Enforcement; To Bring Forward Sections 11-46-5, 11-46-7, 11-46-9 And 11-46-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
