Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That An Employee Eligible To Participate In The State And School Employees Life And Health Insurance Plan Who Declines Health Insurance Coverage Under The Plan Shall Receive Compensation In An Amount Equal To Seventy-five Percent Of The Premium Cost The Employer Would Have Incurred For That Employee's Health Insurance Coverage; And For Related Purposes.
