Summary
An Act To Create The "scarlet Letter Driving Under The Influence License Plate Act"; To Amend Section 63-11-30, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Each Second Dui Offender To Obtain A Restricted License Plate On Each Vehicle With An Ignition Interlock Device; To Amend Section 63-11-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Public Safety To Design A Yellow License Plate With Red Letters Or Numbers To Be Used As A Restricted Dui License Plate Or Tag; To Bring Forward Section 63-1-46, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides Fees For Reinstatement Of Licenses, For Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
