Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 25-11-103, 25-11-105, 25-11-109, 25-11-111, 25-11-113, 25-11-114, 25-11-117, 25-11-311 And 25-11-315, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Number Of Years Of Membership Service Required To Vest In The Public Employees' Retirement System For All Members Shall Be Four Years, Regardless Of The Date Upon Which They Became A Member; And For Related Purposes.
