Summary

An Act To Authorize The Establishment Of A Certain Three-year Pilot Program For The Harrison County Youth Court And Any Public School District Of The County; To Provide That Such Pilot Program Shall Authorize The Youth Court Of Harrison County And Any Public School Board Of Such County To Enter Into A Written Memorandum Of Understanding To Disclose To The School District Records Pertaining To The Abuse Or Neglect Of Any Child Who Attends Public School Within The District; To Provide That Such Records Shall Not Be Disclosed To A Third Party And That The Records Shall Be Destroyed Upon A Child's Reaching 21 Years Of Age; To Provide That The Disclosure Of Such Records Shall Not Require An Order Of The Youth Court; To Amend Section 43-21-261, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
