Summary
An Act To Amend Section 71-3-121, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Criteria For Drug And Alcohol Testing Under The Workers' Compensation Law; To Amend Section 71-7-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Amend Section 71-3-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Compensation The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award For Serious Facial Or Head Disfigurements; To Amend Section 71-3-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Compensation The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award While An Employee Is Undergoing Vocational Rehabilitation; To Amend Section 71-3-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of The Death Benefit Compensation The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award For Death; And For Related Purposes.
