An Act To Amend Section 79-4-14.21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Secretary Of State To Serve A Notice Of Determination That Grounds Exist For Dissolving A Corporation By Electronic Mail To The Email Address Of The Registered Agent Of The Corporation; To Authorize The Secretary Of State To Serve A Copy Of The Certificate Of Dissolution After Administratively Dissolving The Corporation By Electronic Mail To The Email Address Of The Registered Agent Of The Corporation; To Amend Section 79-29-823, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Secretary Of State To Serve A Notice Of Determination That Grounds Exist For Administratively Dissolving A Limited Liability Company By Electronic Mail To The Email Address Of The Registered Agent Of The Limited Liability Company; To Authorize The Secretary Of State To Serve A Limited Liability Company A Copy Of The Certificate Of Dissolution By Electronic Mail After Administratively Dissolving Such Limited Liability Company By Electronic Mail To The Email Address Of The Registered Agent Of The Limited Liability Company; And For Related Purposes.
