Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 21-23-7 And 21-23-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Person Who Fails To Pay Any Fine Or Assessment Imposed By The Municipal Court Or Fails To Appear Before The Municipal Court For His Or Her Court Date Regarding Any Proceeding Ordered By The Municipal Court Shall Be Guilty Of A Misdemeanor; And For Related Purposes.
