An Act To Require Individuals Who Engage In The Act Of Hunting In The State Of Mississippi To Donate All Portions Of Wild Game Animal Meat Unwanted By The Hunter To A Local Food Bank Or Nonprofit Charitable Organization; To Provide For A Direct Donation By The Hunter Or Allowing The Hunter To Express Intent To Donate To Such Organization When Depositing The Wild Game Animal With A Licensed Establishment For Processing; To Establish The Time Frame In Which Such Game Animal Meat Shall Be Deemed To Be Abandoned By The Hunter; To Define The Term Wild Game Meat; To Provide That The Unlawful Disposal Of Game Animal Carcass In Areas Unsuitable For Disposal Shall Constitute A Class Ii Violation; To Amend Section 75-33-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify The Definition Of Certain Terms; To Amend Section 75-33-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Licensed Establishments That Accept And Engage In The Processing Of Wild Game Animals Which Has Been Donated Or Unclaimed To Register With The Department Of Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks; To Amend Sections 75-35-3, 75-35-7, 75-35-9, 75-35-11, 75-35-17, 75-35-19, 75-35-21, 75-35-27, 75-35-31, 75-35-33, 75-35-101, 75-35-103, 75-35-105, 75-35-107, 75-35-303 And 75-35-305, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Amend Section 95-7-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Wild Game Product In The Definition Of The Term "apparently Wholesome Food"; To Amend Section 95-7-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Bring Forward Sections 95-7-3, 95-7-5, 95-7-9, 95-7-11 And 95-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
