Summary

An Act To Amend Section 69-27-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Commissioners Of County Soil And Water Conservation Districts And The County Boards Of Supervisors To Enter Into Agreement To Include The County's Soil And Water Conservation District Under The County's Tort Liability Insurance Policy Provided That The Inclusion Is Acknowledged And Accepted By The County's Policy Carrier; To Provide That Employees Of The District May Be Considered Employees Of The County Or Counties Of The District's Location For Purposes Of Including Such Employees In Certain Benefit Programs Including Retirement Benefit Programs And For Related Purposes.
