Summary
An Act To Require A Student Athlete At A Public University Or College In This State To Repay Any Athletic Scholarship Monies Received If The Student Athlete Signs A Professional-sports-services Contract Or Is Terminated From Participation In The Intercollegiate Sport By The University Or College Due To Discipline Problems Prior To Graduating From Either That University Or College Or Any Other University Or College; And For Related Purposes.
